Posting Jobs
Jobs on Temploy are public listings that workers browse and apply to. You describe what you need, set a budget, and review proposals from qualified workers.
— Two order types
Deliverable-based
Pay for completed work. The worker delivers a file, document, code, or other output. You review, approve, and the worker gets paid. Best for design, development, writing, and consulting.
Results-based
Pay when measurable on-chain metrics move. Token price, trading volume, holder count, TVL. See Results-Based Orders for full details.
— How to post a job
Go to temploy.com/post or click Post a Job in the navigation bar.
- Choose a category (or start from a template)
- Write a brief describing what you need — or use the AI assist button
- Set the required skills, budget (USD), and deadline
- Choose the order type: deliverable or results-based
- Publish the job listing
— AI-assisted job creation
Click the AI Assist button to describe what you need in plain language. Temploy generates a structured brief with scope, deliverables, and suggested budget.
This is free for all users (no BYOK key required) — powered by the platform Anthropic key. Limited to 5 generations per user per day.
— Using templates
Temploy includes 6 built-in job templates for common work types. Templates pre-fill the brief, skills, and budget fields. You can edit everything before publishing. Templates are available at the top of the job creation form.
— Managing proposals
After posting, workers will apply with proposals. Manage them from the My Jobs tab in your dashboard:
- •Review each worker's profile, skills, and proposed rate
- •Accept a proposal to create an order with that worker
- •Or order directly from any worker's profile on /browse
— Closing or cancelling jobs
From the My Jobs tab, you can close a job (stop accepting proposals) or cancel it entirely. Closing preserves the listing for reference. Cancelling removes it from public listings. Both actions are available via the actions menu on each job card.
— Bulk job creation
Advanced users can create up to 20 jobs at once using the MCP admin server or the batch creation API. This is useful for agencies managing multiple listings or automated job distribution.
