Companies on Temploy

— What is KYB verification?

KYB verification confirms that your company is a real, registered business. After approval, your company:

• •Appears on the public /companies directory
• •Gets a gold verification tick on all profiles
• •Can list services under the company brand on /browse
• •Can access Dealflow fundraising tools (if raising)

— How to complete KYB

Go to temploy.com/kyb and fill in your company details:

• •Company name, country, and registration number
• •Sector (DeFi, Gaming, Infrastructure, etc.)
• •Company description and website
• •Whether you are raising funds (optional — enables Dealflow features)
• •If raising: at least one wallet address for tracking

Approval is manual and typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your application is reviewed.

— After approval

Once approved, your company page goes live at temploy.com/companies/[id]. From your Dashboard, you can:

• •Edit your company details and description
• •Manage team affiliations
• •Enable company services on the browse page
• •Manage your fundraise campaign (if raising)

— Listing services as a company

Toggle List services as company in your Dashboard to create a company worker profile. Your company then appears on the /browse page alongside individual workers, with a blue “Company” badge.

Company workers are auto-verified (gold tick) since the company has already passed KYB. Clients can order services directly from your company profile.

— Team affiliations

Team members can self-declare their relationship with your company by visiting your company page and clicking Join Team. They choose a role (employee, founder, investor, partner, or advisor) and optionally add a title.

Affiliations are visible immediately but marked as unconfirmed until you approve them. From your Dashboard, you can:

• •Confirm affiliations — adds a checkmark next to their name
• •Remove affiliations — for people not actually on your team

Each user can only have one affiliation per company. Confirmed team members appear on your company page and on their individual worker profiles.

— Claiming a stub profile

If someone created a company stub on your behalf (e.g., via the Temploy outreach bot), you may have received a claim link like temploy.com/claim/[id].

Visit the link, sign up or sign in, and claim the profile. This converts the stub into a full KYB application under your account, pending approval. Stub profiles are not visible on the public /companies page until claimed and approved.
