Temploy offers results-based orders where worker compensation is tied to measurable outcomes tracked by the Platform. This disclaimer applies to all results-based orders placed on the Platform.

Third-Party Data Sources

Temploy tracks publicly available on-chain data and market data from third-party sources including, but not limited to, DexScreener, DeFi Llama, CoinGecko, and blockchain RPC providers.

Temploy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. The Platform is not responsible for any discrepancies between third-party data and actual values.

Automated Calculations

Results-based payouts are calculated automatically by the Platform based on tracked metrics and the terms defined in each order. While we strive for accuracy, automated calculations may be subject to rounding, data latency, or other technical limitations.

No Investment Advice

Temploy does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind. The display of token prices, trading volumes, holder counts, TVL, or other metrics on the Platform is for order tracking purposes only and should not be interpreted as investment signals or endorsements.

Fundraise-Related Orders

For orders involving fundraise tracking (wallet balance monitoring), Temploy facilitates workforce services only. The Platform does not:

• —Solicit, recommend, or facilitate investments
• —Act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor
• —Guarantee the outcome of any fundraising activity
• —Hold, custody, or transfer investment funds

Workers engaged in fundraise-related orders provide business development, marketing, community building, or similar professional services. Any capital raised is between the client and their investors directly.

Due Diligence

Users are responsible for their own due diligence. Before placing or accepting a results-based order, users should independently verify the metrics, data sources, and terms involved. Do your own research (DYOR).

No Guarantees

The Platform does not guarantee that any target metric will be achieved, that any results-based bonus will be earned, or that any fundraise target will be reached. Past performance of any metric does not indicate future results.
