Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities on the Temploy platform operated by VX Global Pte Ltd. All users must comply with this policy. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Temploy to:

• —Securities offerings or regulated financial products. Post, solicit, or facilitate any securities offering, initial coin offering (ICO), security token offering (STO), or any regulated financial product without proper licensing and regulatory compliance.
• —Illegal activity. Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to fraud, theft, extortion, or trafficking.
• —Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation. Create fake accounts, impersonate other individuals or entities, misrepresent qualifications or capabilities, or provide false information in orders or deliverables.
• —Market manipulation. Engage in wash trading, fake volume generation, artificial price manipulation, or any form of market manipulation on any exchange or decentralised protocol.
• —Money laundering. Use the Platform or its payment systems to launder money, structure transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or obscure the origin of funds.
• —Spam, harassment, or abuse. Send unsolicited messages, harass other users, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the Platform to target individuals or organisations with unwanted communications.
• —Intellectual property infringement. Submit deliverables that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
• —Platform abuse. Attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse the Platform's referral system, promo codes, fee structure, dispute resolution, or any other feature for personal gain through dishonest means.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. Actions may include warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, withholding payouts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
