Bookings & Availability

Workers can accept bookings directly from their profile. Set your availability, define session types and pricing, and let clients book time with you. Bookings sync with Google Calendar automatically.

Enabling bookings

  1. Go to Dashboard → Availability
  2. Toggle Accept Bookings on
  3. Set your default session duration (15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes)
  4. Set your price per session in USD (set to 0 for free sessions)
  5. Optionally add a booking description
  6. Click Save Settings

Setting your availability

Add time slots for each day of the week. For example:

Monday — 09:00 - 12:00

Monday — 14:00 - 17:00

Wednesday — 10:00 - 16:00

Friday — 09:00 - 12:00

You can add multiple slots per day, enable or disable individual slots, and set your timezone. Clients see available times converted to their local timezone.

Multiple booking types

Create different session types by adding services with the This is a bookable session flag enabled in your worker dashboard under My Services:

  • 15-minute intro call — free
  • 60-minute strategy session — $200
  • 90-minute technical deep-dive — $350

Each booking type appears as a separate option on your worker profile page. Clients select the session type when booking.

How clients book

Clients visit your profile on /browse or directly at temploy.com/w/[your-slug]. If you have bookings enabled, they see your available time slots and can book directly. Temploy prevents double-booking automatically.

Google Calendar sync

Connect your Google Calendar to automatically create events when clients book:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Availability
  2. Click Connect in the Google Calendar section
  3. Authorize Temploy to access your Google Calendar
  4. Done — bookings now create calendar events automatically

When a booking is cancelled, the calendar event is automatically deleted. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the same page.

Booking emails

Both the worker and client receive email notifications for:

  • Booking confirmation — immediately after booking
  • Booking reminder — 15 minutes before the session
  • Booking cancellation — if either party cancels

Managing bookings

View all your bookings from the Dashboard. Both clients and workers see upcoming and past bookings. Either party can cancel a booking before it starts.
