Additional Operations & Support Tasks: Meeting Documentation: Attend meetings with the executive to take accurate minutes and track actionable next steps. Expense Management: Handle the executive's claims, compile receipts, and manage monthly expense reports. Information Management: Organize and maintain a secure digital filing system for confidential business documents. Personal Errands: Assist with occasional personal scheduling, lifestyle management, or coordination as needed to optimize the executive's time.
